Placemats - Quilt as You Go - October 19th
At the end of this class you will leave with 4 completed placemats with June Tailor’s Quilt as You Go pre printed patterns. Brighton Pier Placemats will be a quick make with just 4 seams! This is also a great opportunity to learn how to machine bind.

Center Panel ½ yd
Accent Strips 1/3 yd
Side Panel 3/4 yd
Backing 1 yd
Binding 7/8 yd
Spray Baste or Fabric Glue stick
50 or 60 wt 100% cotton thread (recommend Aurifil or Mettler) Cream, Taupe or Beige
80/12 Microtex regular sewing machine needles
6 1/2" x 24 1/2" Creative Grid Ruler
Rotary Cutter 45M or 60M
Glass Head Pins – Bohin
Scissors
Seam Ripper
Sewing Machine - Required and must be familiar with how to use. Don’t forget to pack your cord and foot for the machine)
