Block of the Months - This is a commitment to a program signed up for.  Should you decide within the 1st 15 days after receiving the 1st month that you do not want to participate in the block of the month

- Notify us by phone within the 1st 15 days of receiving the BOM.  We will direct you to Return the Block of the month to the store and you will no longer be charged for future months.  There is no refund for the first month. 

Books and Patterns cannot be returned to the store due to copyright laws.

Other Merchandise - We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To start a return, you can contact us at quilters@okquiltworks.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  You can always contact us for any return questions. 

We will not accept fabric if it has been washed, in a smoking environment or around animals.

Damaged Merchandise - Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on books, patterns, sale items or gift cards
