Oklahoma Quiltworks Saturday Sampler 2026

11am - 12:30pmm

2026 Saturday Sampler is all about color!  This monthly club will meet on the 3rd Saturday of the month.  We will discuss a color theory concept from the book “The Quilter’s Color Guide: Mastering the Art of Color Confidence.”  A demonstration of a notion or tool that is helpful in making that block.   The block you receive that month will represent that month’s color concept.

Sign up Fee is $40 for the 2026 12-month series.

Saturday, January 17th information meeting 11:00am

Required: The Quilter’s Color Guide: Mastering the Art of Color Confidence $27.95

Monthly block and pattern are free when you bring the completed block to next session.  If you miss completing the block that month, that’s okay just purchase that block for $9.99 and continue with completing your block for the next session to resume receiving your blocks and pattern for free.

A finishing kit will be revealed in October of 2026 to tie together all the block into a throw size project.

SATURDAY SAMPLER RULES
To receive a block FREE each month the following rules apply.

  1. Your first month's block is free for all who have signed up and paid the participation fee of $40.
  2. Must bring completed block(s) from previous month
  3. Must be present at start time of Sampler presentation at 11:00 if you come after we have started your block will no longer be free.
  4. Only one block FREE per person, you may purchase extra blocks if you like for $9.99 each.
  5. No one can bring your block for you to receive your next block for free; they can purchase a block for you if you are unable to attend on Sampler Day.
  6. NO EXCEPTIONS AT ANY TIME

We make a sample of our block each month from one of the kits that have been cut to ensure that your block can be made from fabric in the kit. If you cut something wrong, you have two choices. 1) use a piece from your stash 2) Purchase a new block

In fairness these rules will always apply to everyone.
