I would round up to 300. I will\u003cbr\u003eshow you ways to save pins in class.\u003cbr\u003e• Fabric – I would suggest working with cotton fabric until you get familiar and comfortable with the technique. Silky and Satin fabrics look beautiful, but they are a little more difficult to work with.\u003cbr\u003e• 1\/4 yard Main Fabric - You want this to be a small to medium print.\u003cbr\u003e• 1\/8 yard Accent Fabric – I would use a solid color for your first ornament.\u003cbr\u003e• 10 ½ of trim or fabric – I usually use a 10 ½ X 2 ½ inch strip of my main fabric\u003cbr\u003e• Narrow ribbon for the bow and hanger – Narrow widths ribbons work best – 3\/8”, 1\/4” and 1\/8”\u003cbr\u003e• Decorative Pearl Pin – not required. This is for the hanger\u003cbr\u003e• Thimble – I love Colonial Needle Co Thimble Pack Plus (Item #SM420-Z). They have a metal thimble that adheres to the tip of your finger. The small leather thimble dots work as well.\u003cbr\u003e• Scissors\u003cbr\u003e• Flexible Dressmakers measuring tape – It is best if it is not contained like the circle ones with the button in the middle to reel it in.
