My idea of handwork involves a stapler and glue gun.  Neither of which are the best way to bind a quilt.  So in an effort to avoid handwork I’ve come up with a fast way to machine bind my quilts.  And since the first thing to wear out on a much-used quilt is the binding, it only makes more sense! (Hand finished bindings are lovely and a must for heirlooms and quilt shows, they aren’t really practical for utility quilts and quilts for kids.)  I can bind a queen size quilt in about 2 hours and so can you.  Come learn my techniques and soon you’ll have professional looking and durable bindings in a fraction of the time it takes to hand stitch one.   This class is the perfect follow up to  Charlcie’s Basic Class.
