Who doesn’t think needle turn appliqué is beautiful? Who doesn’t have the time or patience to do it? Then perhaps machine appliqué is for you! Mauri will teach you her favorite method – raw edge fusible appliqué. Other methods of machine appliqué will be discussed but the emphasis will be on learning the buttonhole stitch (aka Blanket Stitch) and satin stitch. This is a technique class - we will practice the stitches on various shapes and complete one simple project to learn the method. Machine appliqué opens up a whole new world of variety, creativity and is another technique to add to your skills.
